Print this pageForward this document  DT ScanDoc - Review dialog

This dialog allows you to change the order of pages in the DT ScanDoc file and also review the settings before the file is finalized

Using the Review dialog is optional. See the DT ScanDoc preferences to configure this.

Check that the client, the file name and the note are correct; these are all repeats of the information that appears on the Scan screen before the pages were scanned.

At the right is a list of all the pages in the DT ScanDoc file. Click on a page to select that page. Once selected you can change the description of that page, or decide whether it will be discarded or not.

If you want to move a page up or down in the page order, select the page, and then click the up or down arrow below Move page.

Make sure everything is correct before clicking Continue. This is the last step before the DT ScanDoc file is finalized.

Once the file is finalized you cannot use DT ScanDoc to change anything in the PDF file. However there are features in the full version of Adobe Acrobat (not Adobe Reader) and other third party PDF editors that allow the index (bookmarks) and page orders to be edited.
